Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We ship from California within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days within the US. Expedited options (2-day, overnight) are available at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package in real time through that link or by logging into your account on our site.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. To start a return, email us at hello@shazu.com with your order number. Once we receive the item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

What if my crystal arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if that happens — every order is packed with care, but accidents occur in transit. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Can I exchange for a different crystal?

Yes. If you'd like to swap for a different stone, return your original item and place a new order. We'll cover the return shipping cost for exchanges on orders over $35.

Crystals & Sourcing

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

Yes — this is one of our core commitments. We work directly with trusted miners and suppliers who share our values around fair wages, safe working conditions, and environmental responsibility. Every stone in our collection is handpicked for quality and energetic integrity.

Are the crystals natural or lab-created?

All of our crystals are 100% natural and earth-mined unless explicitly labeled otherwise (such as Opalite, which is glass). We never sell synthetic substitutes without disclosure. Natural crystals are always noted in each product's description.

How do I cleanse and charge my crystal?

The most common methods: moonlight (leave overnight under a full moon), sound (singing bowl or bell), selenite (place your crystal on a selenite plate for a few hours), or sunlight (short bursts for most stones — avoid amethyst in direct sun as it can fade). We include a care card with every order.

Orders & Account

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly — please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Email hello@shazu.com or use our contact page. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes before the order ships.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All Shazu orders arrive in our signature packaging — a kraft box with tissue paper and a crystal care card. It's gift-ready by default. Add a personalized note at checkout and we'll include it with your order at no extra charge.
