Orders placed before 1 PM PST Monday–Friday ship same day. Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends ship next business day.
How We Pack Your Order
Every crystal is wrapped individually in tissue paper and nestled in our signature kraft box. We use eco-friendly packing materials throughout — no styrofoam, no excess plastic.
Fragile items (spheres, towers over 4") receive extra padding and are double-boxed at no extra charge.
Returns Policy
We want you to love every stone. If something isn't right, here's what to do:
- 30-day returns — Return any item in unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Damaged items — Email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you immediately.
- Wrong item — Our mistake, our cost. We'll ship the correct item and send a prepaid return label.
- Change of mind — We get it. Return shipping is your responsibility unless your order was over $35, in which case we'll cover it.
International Orders
Right now we ship within the United States only. We're working on opening international shipping — if you're outside the US and there's a piece you want, email us and we'll let you know the moment we can send to you.
