Orders placed before 1 PM PST Monday–Friday ship same day. Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends ship next business day.
How We Pack Your Order
Every crystal is wrapped individually in tissue paper and nestled in our signature kraft box with a crystal care card. We use eco-friendly packing materials throughout — no styrofoam, no excess plastic.
Fragile items (spheres, towers over 4") receive extra padding and are double-boxed at no extra charge. If you're sending a gift, add a personalized message at checkout and we'll include it.
Returns Policy
We want you to love every stone. If something isn't right, here's what to do:
- 30-day returns — Return any item in unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Damaged items — Email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you immediately.
- Wrong item — Our mistake, our cost. We'll ship the correct item and send a prepaid return label.
- Change of mind — We get it. Return shipping is your responsibility unless your order was over $35, in which case we'll cover it.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Typical delivery is 10–21 business days, though customs processing can add time.
