Both options are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Standard is available on every order, including orders under $25. The free Economy option appears once your order reaches $25.
Orders ship the next business day. An order placed on a weekend or holiday goes out on the next working day.
How We Pack Your Order
Every crystal is wrapped individually in tissue paper and nestled in our signature kraft box. We use eco-friendly packing materials throughout — no styrofoam, no excess plastic.
Fragile items (spheres, towers over 4") receive extra padding and are double-boxed at no extra charge.
Returns Policy
We want you to love every stone. If something isn't right, here's what to do:
- 30-day returns — Return any item in unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Damaged items — Email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you immediately.
- Wrong item — Our mistake, our cost. We'll ship the correct item and send a prepaid return label.
- Change of mind — We get it. Return shipping is your responsibility unless your order was over $25, in which case we'll cover it.
International Orders
Right now we ship within the United States only. We're working on opening international shipping — if you're outside the US and there's a piece you want, email us and we'll let you know the moment we can send to you.
