NATURE'S UNIQUE ARTISTRY
Our supplier reports these beads as natural ruby (pink-to-red corundum, the same mineral as sapphire) from Sri Lanka. Heat treatment is near-universal for ruby, and nearly all sapphire on the market is heated too, low-cost beads most of all. We haven't tested ours. Each bracelet is unique. Please expect beautiful variations in:

Color saturation (Ranging from deep magenta-pink to earthy crimson)

Internal "silk" or inclusions inside some beads

Subtle differences in faceted sparkle between beads

Ruby and pink sapphire are the same mineral (corundum); the deeper red beads are sold as ruby, the pinker ones as pink sapphire.

Origin: Sri Lanka (supplier-reported)

Treatment: Ruby and sapphire are almost always heat-treated, so please assume ours are. Low-cost ruby beads are often also dyed or glass-filled. We haven't tested ours.
